We have developed a tailor-made design to optimize the contact surface between the finger and the bird, improving performance and reliability at every plucking cycle.

The RL: the proven reference

The RL model is optimized for all types of pluckers and poultry. Its rounded, flexible profile ensures high and consistent plucking efficiency. The reinforced design of the head and neck provides secure anchoring in the mounting disc, reducing premature wear and extending the finger’s service life — for better economic performance in operation.

Key features :

• Available in all hardness levels and colors, from 45 to 75 Shore

• Fits all types of pluckers (Marel Stork, Meyn, Linco, Bayle, Cantrell, New Johnson, etc.) with a hole diameter of 17–18 mm.

• For plates with holes of 20–22 mm, choose the RL2 finger, which is longer (85 mm) and features a reinforced base.

• For thicker finger holders, select the RL10, similar to the RL2 but with a 7.5 mm groove.
